Downtown East

I realised we have not been there for so many years after reading a friend's blog.... Today kids are not attending school so we decided to go there!!!

Oh I am like a mountain tortoise!!! haha... din know how much it had changed over these years.... Seems bigger... more eatery... more FUN!!! And we din know most of the places open at noon time.... we were there around 11am and the only place for us to go was arcade so we spent about an hour there b4 going to Explorer kids!!!

It is similar to Fidgets which i tink is better but Daddy tink this is better.... Well to the kids its just as fun!! They had a great time there, their energy was endless!!! Running, climbing, sliding, jumping..... Claudia was a bit scared initially cos the holes on the net was too big for her and her feet got stucked a couple of times...

Daddy even had time to sneaked off for a movie on his own!!! maybe tats why he said tis place is better... haha... the good thing is they allow you to go out for food or watever and re-enter again.... so after lunch they went back for more FUN!!!

I guess Evan really used up a lot of energy cos he ate watever we gave him like he has not eaten for 2 days!! Plain bread, hot dog bun, biscuits and noodles..... haha.... tink we will be back there soon but to the wild wild wet and theme park!!!

Our 1st movie!!!

This is the 1st time we went to the movies as a family!!! ICE AGE 3!!!

Evan enjoyed the movie very much though he got a bit scared when it gets too loud.... Claudia watched about half of it then start to walk around.... oops... lucky it was a weekday evening so just a handful in the cinema....

No photos cos Mummy's camera battery flat... forgot I had a camera phone... Oh silly me!!

Airforce Museum

By chance, (cos lousy driver Mummy missed a turn) heehee.... I realised there is a Airforce Museum very near to our place that is open to the public.... so off we go!!!
Quite a no of helicopter and jet models for them to see and sit.... and there is a indoor gallery which I dun tink they can really understand...... but still they spent a long time viewing cos it is new to them....

And because it is so near to our place, they have been asking to go again and again.....

Kite flying!!

Finally we managed to go kite flying!! Have been wanting to do it for a long time, esp when the kids have been seeing lots of kites flying in sk....
But it was not really a success, our kite din stay high in the sky for long.... Daddy says wind no good but Mummy tink the flyer have skills problem.... heehee.... anyway we will try again!!!

I tot we only have 1 kite, how come they are chasing at different direction?? hahaha!!!

Little friends

I brought Claudia along for the swimming class last week.... she was very happy to meet a new friend, Ian.... Both of them having fun walking around and snacking at the poolside while waiting for their Gor² and Jie² to finish class....

Then she found a little coach to teach her how to swim!! haha....

I can swim

For the past few weeks, Evan tried swimming in the deep pool without any float.... Should I consider him being able to swim? not too bad lah, can "swim" a little....

This is e video of his 1st try in the deep pool, at first seems like very good... but on the return route, he panicked and drank a few mouths of water... he came up telling me he almost drowned in tears...

But he is getting better, at least getting more confident already....

My little boss

Yest I wanted to go Banquet food court at CP to buy dinner....Who knows actually I dun have the deciding power.... The moment we stepped in, my princess said it was very smelly... at first i ignored her... (those who have been there will know tat it has a very strong cooking smell cos the ventilation is not good)

But before I could buy anything, she pinched her nose and pulled me out of the place!!! I felt so amused by her actions.... haha... so we went downstairs and she decided she wan to eat Long John... "Mummy I wan to eat here" and there she goes, got herself comfortably seated without waiting for my response.... faintz....

Wheels on the

bike goes round and round!!!

2 weeks ago, I bought the kids the PRP to cycle for the 1st time.... I rented 2 small bikes for them, forgeting that though Claudia's feet can reach the paddle of the smallest bike but not cycle on her own... haha... in e end I had to pull her all around while she pretend to be cycling....

Today I got Daddy to join us!!! She shares a bike with Daddy and the family had a great time cycling from one end to e other!!! We cycle for 1.5 hrs with 1 short break and it was really quite an accomplishment!!! esp for Mummy... heehee... I am never a good cyclist and I always feel so stressed cycling with lots of people around me... remember those teenage days when my best friend always have to longbang me whenever we go cycling... haha....

Evan said he was tired but he still complete e entire journey with us!! Still have extra energy to play at the park after cycling....

I am back!!

Mummy have been having prob with the blog, cant post anything/upload any photos for the past 2 weeks.... Finally it is back to normal so I am back!!!

Seems like I have lots of things to blog about but dun know where to start... haha... slowly ok one by one....

Swimming progress

Last week, Evan tried swimming without any float.... not too bad for 1st try but he needs more practice to better his hand, leg and breathing coordination.....

Mummy din realise she was MIA for almost 3 weeks..... have lots of backlog to update...

My tired body has been in control of my mind, no energy to do anything..... so sad....
